- Pre-Installation: We check your hardware and software requirements before installation to make sure that everything you need is available. We not only make sure to follow the manufacturer’s pre-installation instructions, which also make sure you have the most up to date copy of these instructions.
- Installation: We will not only help you install the product, we will actually install it for you. This includes scheduling the installation at your convenience and arranging for resources and experts to be on call.
- Post-Installation: Once installed, we run the proper diagnostics and perform the proper tests not only to make sure the software was installed correctly, but also to make sure that installation of the software did not cause issues with other software. .
- Resource Training: We help introduce your employees to the software. In addition, we have access to multiple training classes for the software and can help enroll your employees in a training class designed to meet their needs with the software. Some of these classes are virtual classes or PC based classes, so that you can schedule them within your current activities.

A: We contract out with multiple training companies. We select these companies based upon their knowledge, availability, references and choices to students. This said, the type of training varies with the class and company that is offering the class. We will help you find the right class, in the right time and the right location.

A: For our customers to date, the answer has been a resounding YES. ROI time is substantially shortened when the initial installations costs are kept low. The tactics we use to meet this goal is through our pre and post installation steps. When these are performed accurately, problems can be thwarted and issues can be resolved faster.
Q: How up to date do you stay with your solution database?
A: We try to stay as up to date as possible. If there is a new solution found today, we want it in our database by tonight! Sometimes, this type of fast turnaround is not feasible, but we continually search for the latest information on the software issues and resolution information in order to be of better service to you.
